Design
The MT-15 has a cool and aggressive design, with features like LED headlights and a sporty fuel tank. The back of the bike has a stylish LED tail light and a unique rear grab rail. Overall, it looks like a tough and modern street bike.
Engine, Mileage & Performance
The MT-15 has a powerful 155cc engine that is cooled by liquid. It can produce 18.4PS of power at 10,000rpm and 14.1Nm of torque at 7500rpm. It also has a six-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch for smoother and easier gear shifting.
The Yamaha VVA technology in the MT-15 helps the bike have good power at high and low speeds. It might feel a bit less powerful at low speeds, but it performs well above 7000rpm. The bike is smooth with minimal vibrations and accelerates better than the R15, making it a great overall performer.
Handling & Ride Quality
The Yamaha MT-15 is lightweight and easy to handle, making it great for city driving. It has a strong suspension for a smooth ride and better control when turning at higher speeds. If the suspension of a bike is too stiff, riding on bumpy roads can be uncomfortable and difficult to control. The bike may perform well on smooth roads but struggle on rougher roads.
